2. Orders
Any order placed on PUURELLA implies full acceptance of these Terms of Service
Orders are confirmed once payment has been received. You will receive an order confirmation email containing the details of your purchase.
PUURELLA reserves the right to refuse an order for legitimate reasons (payment failure, incomplete address, suspected fraud, etc.).
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices displayed on the website are in CHF (Swiss francs), inclusive of all taxes (VAT), excluding shipping fees.
We accept various secure payment methods via Shopify Payments. No banking information is stored by PUURELLA.
4. Shipping
Shipping terms and conditions are detailed on our “Shipping Policy” page. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination.
PUURELLA cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors (carrier delays, customs, strikes, etc.).
5. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable law, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without providing any reason.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
6. Warranty and Returns
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a refund or exchange within this period.
In the event of a defective or damaged product, please contact us promptly so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

All content on the PUURELLA website (texts, images, logos, graphics) is the exclusive property of the brand and is protected by copyright law.
Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

PUURELLA cannot be held responsible for any indirect damages related to the use of its website or products (allergies, side effects, improper installation, etc.).
The user is solely responsible for the use of purchased products.

In the event of a dispute, we will always seek an amicable solution first.
If no agreement is reached, the competent courts will be those of the company’s registered office: Delémont Court, Switzerland.
