Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change.

Order cancellation
You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once your order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you may request a return in accordance with our 60-day return policy.

If your order has already been shipped, we invite you to follow our return process once you receive your item.

Subscriptions (if applicable)
At this time, Puurella does not offer mandatory subscription plans.
If subscription options are introduced in the future, customers will always have the ability to manage or cancel their subscription at any time through their customer account or order confirmation email.

Pre-orders & Try Before You Buy
Puurella does not currently offer pre-orders or “try before you buy” programs.
